Vipp releases a minimalist daybed
Vipp is a Danish design company known for creating nordicly refined versions of general household items and furniture. Their most recent piece is a very minimal daybed, laying on an aluminium frame and adjustable stainless steel legs. While the aesthetics might be called subdued at most, Vipp made sure that this daybed is not like your average divan. The piece is covered in super-luxurious aniline leather, a type of leather that is untreated and extremely soft. Only around 5% of raw hides are suited for creating aniline, so while this daybed might look rather unremarkable, you know the quality and the experience is there. It's all yours for a cool 6,500 Euros. More information at Vipp's site.
