Light Sculpture by Patrick Rimoux
The artist worked on a large scale project that illuminated the 2014 Mumbai Art Fair. The installation was placed on the edge of the forest, that, by means of light, was turned into a surreal performance space.
Rimoux also collaborated with Sou Fujimoto on the FIAC art fair installation. Composed of two contrasting components: metal cubes on one hand and plants and trees on the other, the space was created in order to provide a temporary home for local birds and bees. During the night time, the sculpture was lit up with Rimoux’s mesmerizing lights.
