Paper Sculptures by Li Hongbo
Li Hongbo, a Chinese sculptor and papermaster, has created some flexible paper sculptures. From the first glance they may seem as traditional carved porcelain works, but they actually consist of thousands of layers of soft glued white paper carved into busts, skulls and human forms. Li’s works are now exhibited in galleries internationally including cities such as New York, Sydney and more.
